Really great demo with some super interesting story beats! It's like fears to fathom with supernatural twist! Awesome job looking forward to the full release!
For being a demo and a submission to a gamejam, this weas not too bad at all! Really well made for sure and cannot wait for the full release! Made a video on it.
IM BACK FOR MORE! Hey dev(s) had to come back and finish the game. It was well worth i, that jumpscare tho....please continue making episodes we will be there to play!
Wow, I didn't expect you to come back—that's awesome! And special thanks for the encouragement to add the game to wishlists on Steam :D We currently have 1,136 wishlists.
This game was amazing and it has gotten me excited for the full release. The attention to detail is phenomenal and the sense of humor is on top. The next episode should be about travis waltons abduction.
Very impressive, the graphics were great and the atmosphere left me uneasy throughout playthrough. The ending left me wanting more! Full game going to be amazing, The devs are going places after this demo. Hope to see more. My gameplay below:
This developer is going to go so far and I am so for it!!! ABSOLUTE MASTERPIECE!!! You understand all the proper elements that create a great horror game! You are going to do great things within this industry.
this game was so good. i seriously cannot wait for the other episodes. reminds me of fears to fathom, which i just adored. it was scary, funny, everything i expect from a great little indie horror game. 10/10
The atmosphere was really nice & creepy. I really liked the intro, on the boat bit. I thought we were going to be fishing haha.
I liked the mystery of the case, and the suspense of this figure stood watching every now and then. Definitely fears to fathom inspired. The plot was nice and gripping.
The bit with the couple in the toilet was very funny! Really looking forward to the full game & more episodes. The ending of the demo surprised me.
Eerie atmosphere, visually stunning and stellar gameplay - all you want in a horror demo, complete package!
I was very impressed by this. The game takes notes from "Fears To Fathom", but at the same time leaves its own unique trace of chills, spookiness and dynamic gameplay. The demo perfectly incapsulates what we have to expect and the ending still makes me question the story - like it was hella crazy!
Best of luck with the future projects and this game! Already wish listed and recommended this to many!
What an excellent game!!! Great Job with this one. That the bathroom scene got me off guard haha. I am pretty sure this series, [Herror] will be better than fear to fathom! By the way, could I ask you a question? How much time did it required for you to make the whole game? And, Did you worked with team? Those NPC Models looks so detailed and the animations too!.
Developing the demo took several months, and we plan to complete the full game in just a few more months! Our team consists of two programmers, one project manager/writer, one game designer, and two assistants. Thank you so much for your support! :)
Currently I am working solo on my horror games, but guess if I expand my team, my games will be even better. Could you share me how or from where you formed your team, it would be much appreciated :)
I mainly needed a game designer who can help me to plan the gameplay.
This short adventure grabs you from the very first minute and never lets up until the very end. A couple of unexpected moments add to the adrenaline rush, but don't turn it into a never-ending horror game built solely on jump scares.
We strive to give players a wide range of emotions: surprise, fear, laughter, paranoia, tension, and excitement — thank you for supporting us, it's truly appreciated!
Just got completely sucked into the [HERROR] demo for an hour. This is so damn atmospheric! You're just sitting there, selling stuff to customers, fueling up cars, and then you slowly start to realize something seriously paranoid is going on around you. Such a cool mix of the mundane and the terrifying. The VHS effects add a ton to the anxiety. Huge respect to the devs, can't wait for more. Good luck
Herror: Gas Station Case is, I think, game of the year. It's definitely worth checking out. There's a silent jump scare mode, so anyone can play. It's an atmospheric horror game, very similar to Fears to Fathom. I recommend it; it has very nice graphics and an interesting story.
Tenho certeza disto. Parabéns Devs.
HERROR: Gas Station Case is an atmospheric short horror game about a gas station worker whose ordinary shift turns into a chilling story after discovering a mysterious case. The game stands out with its VHS-retro vibe and slow, creeping tension. It can be completed in 20–30 minutes and will appeal to fans of slow-burn psychological horror. However, if you're looking for fast-paced action, it may feel a bit too calm.
